Nissan has a pretty nifty promotion going on right now that you should be aware of. First of all, you can take your Xterra to any Nissan dealer from now until the end of October, and they will do a rather detailed inspection of the car for free. (Yes, the idea is to get you to do repairs at the dealership, but what is unusual here is the the factory foots the bill for diagnostics of you elect not to get any work done at the dealer. Take advantage of this- it's valuable.)
