Those lightweight components have been demonstrated to hold over 400 lbs properly distributed. The 125 lb. rating is for liability purposes so as not to upset the center of gravity too much and make it less stable.
There are reinforcement plates under the sheet metal that the rivnuts (that's what they're called) are anchored into.
