I did. Good news is no wire splicing. Bad news is a an extra wiring harness.

Here's what you do. Buy the 4-pin flat harness and plug it in as directed. This will give you all functionality except running lights. Also, you have to buy the 7-pin round wiring harness. It comes with the mount & harness for the hitch, and also a 'relay harness' along with 3 relays. Toss the mount & hitch harness back in the box. Take the relay harness, plug the relays in (you only use 2 of them for an automatic, all 3 if you have a manual). Take off the passenger side kick panel, and remove the plastic sill plate cover below the passenger side door. There is a harness stub that the relay harness plugs into. Wrap the new harness with padded foam tape (included), tuck them up behind the kick panel so they won't rattle, put the sill plate & kick panel back on, and you're go to go.

I was going to try buying just the harness & relays, but didn't want the hassle. Besides, if I ever need to tow anything with a 7-pin connector, all I have to do is unplug my 4-pin harness, and plug in & maount the 7-pin, and I'm all set.
Here's the links for both of them:
