The throttle/injector service might be worth it, but you'll get most of that from simply dumping a bottle of Chevron Techron Concentrate into the tank, or better yet a can of BG44K if you can find it (only at dealers, but not just Nissan). If you really want to get ambitious you could fog the intake with Seafoam, available at most parts stores...
