I have a 2000 Xterra, and the Fuel Pump went payed around $ 500 Canadian, around 118,000KM in August 2003.
Took it back in for service at the deal December 2006, and was informed this was a recall item. Called Nissan Head office after speaking to dealer, Nissan repaced the fuel pump again, and refunded the money for the fuel pump that I replaced in 2003.
