Subject: Nissan will not repair XRAT under warrenty

I have had a vibration in my XRAT since new, nurmerous trips to the dealer each time blamed the tires. Had the tires checked out by Bfgoodrich no problem found. Back to dealer they loned me a set of tires and rims still virbrated they blamed it on the tred pattern. I put new tires different tred pattern.Had two independant shops check it out vibration problem is in the powertrain one shop said the transfer case. Back to the dealer they changed the tires swaped the drive shaft and checked the run out on new rotors the factory says its the tires and refuses to repair it I have spoke to three levels of customer support each person lyed and promise to call the dealer and the support enginner. It has been in the shop for THREE WEEKS now. last nissan for me
