Well something doesn't make sense. Taking the tires off another truck and testing your truck seems like a good test. But I don't get where you say they felt the vibration in your truck, but not the truck they took the tires off of. That doesn't make sense. If they felt the vibration with their tires on your truck then that seems like it disproves the tires being the problem. If you're saying they put your tires on their truck and felt the vibration on their truck, then yes, that points to your tires.

Seems like they could pull your tires and try and balance them on their machine as well.

I get the feeling English isn't your first language (no offense), but it makes following your problem difficult.

Have you tried a different dealer?
