Evap Vent Control Valve perhaps? Usually a problem from topping off the gas tank which backs fuel into the charcoal canister, which in turn gets charcoal bits into the vent system and jams the valve.
Stop filling when the pump clicks off, don't keep squirting more in afterwards.
