Why should they? The dealership does not pay "warrenty" claims. Nissan does. You are not giving us anywhere close to enough info to draw any conclusions here. Starting with- is this even UNDER the factory warranty still? What year is it? How many miles?

You yourself say they "swaped" the driveshaft- so obviously they have made attempts to mollify you. So, what do you think IS wrong with it, and what would you suggest?
