It has been about 100K since my Xterra had two intact exhaust manifolds. The passenger side cracked at probably 10K and I drove it until 60K before getting it replaced. Right after that the driver's side went and it has been cracked for about 50K.

BTW, my X turned 7 a week and a half ago!
