No, you know the irritating squeek, squeek, squeek,,,,,
straight line only on gravel. Rough smooth doesn't really matter. I have tried simulating it in the driveway but no luck. Just wondering if it was something common to the year. I had a 2000 X that I replaced with this one never had a noise come out if anywhere except the lifters once in a while, sold it with 135k. I hoped this one would be the same but it didn't make 2k before deciding to sound like it needs attention. The whine in the rear really bothers me more than the squeek. I made a 500 mile trip this weekend and on the way up north all was fine at 70 but on the way back the whine has appeared at 70 now also. Not sure how to handle the dealer on this one. The rear end is definatly changing.
Thanks, Tim
