Subject: heat controls suck on my new 2007 XTerra

Has anyone else had this problem - when I put the heat control to the floor, the air flow is really weak and it still blows out the vents and defrost. The only way to get my feet warm is to blow the fan on high, which means i have hot air blowing in my face! The dealer says this is normal and there's no way to fix it. I've never had a car that i can't divert all the heat flow to the floor. Since i just bought this vehicle I'm pissed off!!!!
