【明報專訊】從植物學角度看,漿果是果實的一種普遍類型,果皮薄,中果皮和內果皮發達,肉質豐腴多汁,內含許多種子。故此除了藍莓、加侖子和小紅莓外,番茄、茄子、葡萄、柿子和辣椒均屬漿果科。不過,就日常用語和烹飪詞彙來說,漿果則指體積細小,含很多子核的果實,黑莓、紅桑子等聚合果,以及附果(accessory fruit)草莓也被歸類為漿果。
