滋潤飲食小貼士

 秋冬的天氣比較乾燥,而乾燥的氣候,往往會令皮膚出現表皮脫落、痕癢等的常見問題。若你因皮膚乾燥的問題而感到萬分苦惱的話,不妨自我檢查自己在飲食上,是否缺乏以下一些有助滋潤皮膚的營養素呢?

□ 水分

□ 重要脂肪酸

□ 維他命A
 水分:皮膚乾燥的主因是缺少水分。我們經常聽聞每人每日需要飲用八杯水,但事實上,每人每日所需之水分分量,原來可從以下公式來計算的:

 重量(公斤)乘以30至35(毫克),以一個70公斤的成年人為例,便是70公斤×(30至35)毫升 = 2,100 至 2,450毫升的開水,以每杯250毫升的水為例,大約需八至十杯水。

 除了清水以外,所有流質飲料如牛奶、粥及湯類等均含有豐富水分。請注意,含高咖啡因的飲料如咖啡及茶,因具利尿作用,故每杯只能當作半杯水分量計算。

 重要脂肪酸:重要脂肪酸在皮膚結構中佔上相當重要的地位,若能於日常飲食中多攝取充足的重要脂肪酸,便能減少水分因蒸發而流失,從而時刻保持皮膚濕潤。常見蘊含豐富重要脂肪酸的食物有深海魚、果仁和粟米油等。

 維他命A:維他命A能使皮膚表面濕潤。人體一旦缺乏維他命A,毛髮的底部會隆起,形成疙瘩,令皮膚變得既乾燥又粗糙。紅蘿蔔、番茄及南瓜等食物均含有豐富的維他命A。要對抗皮膚乾燥的問題,就要謹記充足攝取以上三大營養素,讓皮膚自然重拾滋潤亮澤。
