Open State Pageant, Maximum 15 delegates Per Age Division
Deadline to Enter & All Fees Paid in Full & Received by June 30, 2010
Turn your photos in the day of the pageant, 1 hour early
No one goes home empty handed - Everyone receives a crown!!!
