Subject: There was a glint of white.. a flash of silver..

..and then all was normal. If any living thing had cared to notice, it would have come from behind a rise in a grass-laden knoll. A sudden yelp, a squabble, and then silence was proof that someone had come. There! it was the ears of some dog-like creature, then the chest, legs, and the rest of the body was unhidden behind the knoll. The coat was ivory, for the most part, mixed with splotches of silver. This new wolf was a female, on closer inspection. Her ears were tipped with brown, as was her tail. She paused, looked about her, then with the slightest noise, she padded down the knoll, stopping as she reached level land, and then laying down, not to travel too far.. who knew if she would be attacked or not.
