Subject: *A small pack of wolves trot into the field... *

*Storm leads the bunch. He barks to the others asa they continue to follow* "Come on your guys! This place looks great" *He yips and looks back* *Then looks away and then ahead of him* *They continue onward. They reach the center of the field* *Nights Angel yips to her mother Skie* "Mom! This will be so fun!" *Skie nuzzles her daughter. They all bark to each other as Keiko pads to Storm* "Hey Uncle Storm?" *Storm turns to face Keiko while they keep padding toward their destination* "Do you think I could ever be an Alpha?" *Storm looks to Keiko* "Of course you could!" *Keiko smiles* "Thanks Uncle Storm" *Storm nods* "Any time lil' one" *He grins and soon enough. He stops. The others do to* *Storm looks to the darkened sky* *He arches his neck. As all the other wolves do the same. They howl endlessly into hte night sky* *Soon it is punctured by the cold gust of wind* *Coure pads inward. And joins the song* *She glances to Storm... then to Sazuri* *Sazuri bumps in* "Coure? Whats wrong?" *He nuzzles his mate and looks worried* *A tear trickles down her muzzle* "Sazuri? I think.. I am going to-" *Sazuri is shocked. He leapt forward and nuzzles Coure* "No! You must'n die!" *Coure looks to Sazuri* "Im sorry... hun..." *Storm looks to the two wolves. He sighs and looks to Coure* "What do you mea? whats wrong?" *Makuya pads to the 3 wolves. She yips and jumps on Storms; back* "I wanna pway dada!" *Storm picks Makuya up by the scruff of her neck* *Makuya yips playfully* "Dew It agawin! Daddy!" *Storm looks to Makuya* "Sorry hun.. I can't right now... Go play with Midnight Magic for right now." *Midnight wags her tail intensly and yips for Makuya. The two have the time of their life. Storm looks back to Coure.* "Please... What is wrong?" *Coure eyes Storm* "Chest... It is.. my heart... I feel... Like i am.. getting weaker and..." *Coure looses conciousness and falls to the ground; Head first* *Storm dodges to Coure to pick her off the ground. He does. Sazuri whimpers. And at his old age just like Coure. He knows there is nothing they can do* "Coure!" *Sazuri feels a slight tear fall from his muzzle* *Skie leaps to the two ; She dashes after them and barks to Storm* "What happn?!" *Storm shrugs unweary* "I don't know!" *Sazuri nuzzles Coure* "Coure..Coure...Coure...Please don't go on me... If you leave? Who would I have left?" *Storm looks to Sazuri... to try and cheer him up* "Sazuri.. you would still have us" *Sazuri looks to Storm. He nuzzles the younger wolf* "Thank you Storm... but for now... We have to help Coure!!!" *Storm looks to Skie* "Skie! Run to hte lake and get some water!" *She does and carries as much as her mouth can carry* *She looks to Storm questionable* *Storm nods and looks to Coure* "Skie.. here" *Skie drops the water on Coures head* *She coughs...* *Storm flicks his tail* "Coure.. C'mon!! C'mon!!" *He sighs* *thinking she won't make it... this has happen to her so many times. Her body cannot take it any more...* *Sazuri sighs... He looks at Coure and nuzzles her once more...* "Shes.... gone..." *He sighs and more tears trickle down his muzzle* *Storm looks to Sazuri.. trying to have comfort the old male* "Saz... your like a dad to me... And Coure was like a mother. No one could ever take her place in your heart. You know it. She will be back" *Makuya and Midnight Magic dart after the dead wolf. Thinking she is asleep. They 'pin' her down thinking they had just won a fight* *Storm yaps and picks up Midnight Magic* "No... Don't hurt her" *Midnight Magic crouches low to the ground* "I sorry daddy..." *Sazuri snatches Makuya before she does any thing more. The older wolves look to Coure. They watch her vanish into the thin air* *Makuya looks to Storm and Sazuri. She loks around again* "Daddy? Where is Keiko?" *Storm looks around. Keiko for some strange reason... ran off with Skie again..." *He shrugs and looks to Midnight Magic* "You okay?" *She looks to her father* *She nuzzles him softly* "Daddy? When eva you scolwdeded me... I gets a headache in my heart" *Storm smiles* "I am sorry Midnight... But try not to pounce on your grandmother" *Midnight smiles* "I promise daddy!" *He grins and looks to Keiko and Skie playing with a few others* *He glances at Sazuri* "Sazuri? Will you be okay?" *Sazuri nods.* "Yes.. thank you Storm" *Sazuri continues to cry. Laying beside his x-mate* *Storm looks back. thinking to himself* >Coure... please be okay.< *He looks to Midnight Magic, and Makuya. He covers his worry with a smile* They 3 head back home* *Sazuri gazes up to the Sky... >Please Coure... be ok<
