Subject: ADOLF & the PISS ARTISTS "Hate Generator" CD!!!

A.P.A.'s new "Hate Generator" 11 track CD is available now from TKO Records. Here's a recent review from Now Wave:

Hate Generator is Adolf & The Piss Artists’ TKO Records debut. These longtime Atlanta street punk mainstays blast out ferocious, hard-hitting, no bullshit Oi! a la the glory days of No Future Records. You know what I’m talking about: powerful, aggressive, tough-as-hell punk rock that makes no excuses and takes no shit. Brutal, anthemic working class noise that oozes testosterone and begs to be played loud. The musical equivalent of a kick in the teeth. Wimps and emo hipsters should avoid at all costs.

I’ve heard a lot of shitty 82-style punk in recent years, so it’s nice to hear a band go the 82 punk route and get it right. Head-kicking sing-along tunes like “All He Ever Wanted“ and “We Don’t Pose” should be very much to your liking if you’ve grown weary of the tuneless, generic, cartoonishly macho crap that often passes for “street punk” these days. Adolf & The Piss Artists don’t try too hard to sound “tough”. They just do their thing, and it’s totally convincing. I wouldn’t expect anything less from a band with the good taste to name itself after an obscure Valves lyric.
