(2) Proof of Funds Bank Capability Letter or Tear Sheet
for the First Tranche (Minimum $100 Million USD)
(3) For Pension Funds
(a) LOI
(b) Pension Fund Letter with Pension Fund Number
(4) Corporate Resolution (If Applicable)
(5) Enlarged Copy of Passport with Passport Number of the
Principal representing his/her firm/entity/etc.
(6) Client Data Sheet
