Subject: Procedure for using Escrow to secure a trade

No prior authentications required, no problems or worries about frauds.
(1) Each party: sellor and buyer, agrees to undertake a trade via our escrow merchant accounts.
(2) Parties agree to a mutually satisfactory contract on the trade.
(3) Buyer deposits agreed sum into escrow account.
(4) We provide absolute confirmation of the deposit and hold for sellor.
(5) Sellor releases trade item for buyer to authenticate.
(6) If buyer not satisfied then they return item in good order, obtain confirmation of receipt and receive full refund.
(7) If item in good order buyer confirms, or inspection period (normally 14 days) is passed.
(8) On confirmation and acceptance, or expiry of inspection period, we release money to sellor.
