High Investment Grade Paper Wanted

My investor's criteria is to include direct access to issuer or seller, brokers protected. If broker chain please be organized prior to speaking to me.

1. Identification of the investment grade paper being offered
2. Bank to bank telephone call. Buyer's bank will initiate the call to Seller's
designated bank/security officer and will confirm capability to receive,
authenticate, validate and if acceptable pay according to the agreed
terms and conditions
3. Seller's designated officer will confirm capability to cause and guarantee
delivery at the agreed price
4. IBuyer's bank will stand up for the purchase and this will be an institution
to institution transaction with both sides guaranteeing to the other side.
5. First tranche will be 100M and subsequent tranche schedule will be
agreed upon.
6. Buyer will be responsible for fees according to the agreement
