Oh, one other thing. About flaming- I've kindof instituted an anti-flame thing by having the forum automatically make you confirm that you really want to send the message that you did. If you do decide to flame someone anyways, put "(flame)" in your subject line. That way i'll be less likely to delete your post. I'll allow flames provided you follow these rules, but its really on a situational basis.

Overall, try to be nice.
