If you think all this writing back and forth is just to waste time, you're mistaken. Team rocket is the 'Elite' of the villany (As of yet there is no 'Elite' of the Heroins, as they have yet to form one. If that notion interests you, talk to Flarejoltporeon on the main page about it, I'm just a lowley board controler.)
Joining team rocket is, first and formostly, based on your ability to Roleplay and write actions. That's what this first series of roleplaying is all about, and the doctors visit. It's a test of your ability to roleplay, and hold a character. If I judge that good, you will be allowd to try out. (The level of things you can do if accepted is decided on the roll of the dice or the flip of the coin, it's not a personal slight or anything nasty.) That's the risk you run in atteempting to join: You put yourself under my judgement, and If I think you need improvement, you may end up having a doctor tell you your too sick or not fit enough to do anything. Whether you believe him or not is up to you.
Once I deam your roleplay and writing skills good enough, you will be told to head to the main board for the second in command, Michelle's player, to asses your ability to think and roleplay like a villan. This will be done in the form of a 'quest' or heist, or an event or something aong those lines. It's up to her, as she will conduct. Expect her to be harsher then me, as she will have the final say on who she thinks is good enough, and she has VERY high standards ^_^
Abbility to battle and skill in batteling are not factors, as battles are conducted either by a winner pre-determined before the match (If used for purely roleplay purposes) or by a system half chance and half logic. The pokemon you have are also not concidered factors, as you will have the chance to build up your store if accepted in. should you not be accepted, you may re-try.
Never let it be said that Rockets are just allowd to run free and over run, or that they get all the advantages. They are thouroughly screened before joining and, once joined, adheer to the decision of the leaders (ooc, at the very least ^_^)
Take all this into concideration before joining. I'm sure Flarejoltporeon will correct me if I have made any glaring mistakes in this.
