1. USA is a largest powerful country in economy and military at the moment. USA was decided to give some fresh blood to this world as a young country by hidden power behind earthly world. It is temporary to exist as a largest powerful country in economy and military. Its obligation is to give stimulation to the world. When its obligation is finished, it will be subjective to the leader of the future earthly community as a general. However, only old and experienced country can be capable for managing the future earthly community. It is the arrangement of hidden power behind earthly community. USA was decided to become the Superior General in the future earthly empire.

2. China will be the replacement largest powerful country in economy and military. China lost its power for only one hundred years (1880 - 1980) but with most powerful and wealthy history of 5500 years before 1880 in the world. It already became the third powerful economic country after USA and Japan now. Its purchase power is located at second position only after USA now. Its population is located at number one at this moment. It still keeps fastest developing speed among all the countries in the world now. China has gone through all the social systems. It has gone through rich and poor stages with too many revolutions in the history. It is now closer and closer to be mature for becoming the leader of the future earthly empire. Its rich history and huge population gives itself enough experience and talents to develop more advanced technology and harmonized earthly system. Its rich history gives itself enough lessons to manage the order of this world. China was decided to become the King of future earthly community by hidden power.

3. Japan is second most powerful in economy and fifth powerful in military at this moment. It will join China in the future with two Koreas as one unity. They came from same source and will return to the same end. It was decided by hidden power out of the earthly community.

4. UK is forth-largest powerful country in military with worse economic situation at this moment. However, UK is a leader country in earthly culture revolution. UK has enough experience to manage affairs of future earthly empire. UK was decided to become the premier of the future earthly empire.

5. France will always be the director of democracy implementation council with Germany, Spain and Italy etc. in the future earthly empire.

6. Russia and India will be the opposing parties to the administrative cabinet to guarantee with administrative cabinet of the future earthly empire that the empire will go in the right way. Russia is always the source of chaos in the future earthly empire. It stimulates the Administrative Cabinet to develop better and better system. Russia will hold view of left wing and India will hold the view of right wing.

7. Africa will become the most attractive living continent in the future earthly empire. All the economic increase in the whole earthly empire will be caused by African increase. Africa will be the last rich zone on the earth.
