V.common name so this might not help!
Go to the 1901 census site to check out the other Annies, but my grandfather, george Appleby (b1896) had a sister Annie, born in Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire c 1889. other siblings were lily, sarah and mary. Parents were John and Mary A. They were 60 and 48 at the 1901 census.
