Subject: Robert and Ann Appleby

Sarah Jackson married Robert Appleby at Ordsall, Nottinghamshire in October 1829, and in the same month, Sarah's brother Richard married Ann Appleby at nearby Retford. Can anyone help me idenify ANN APPLEBY. Was she Robert's sister, or (more likely) his daughter by a previous marriage?
