Hi

I have just seen your message about Benjamin APPLEBY which is posted on the Appleby Research Organization Message board. Do you happen to know where Benjamin was born. I am trying to locate Benjamin, bc1826, probably in the Boxted or Lexden area of Essex. He was the son of William APPLEBY & Sarah BRUCE and simply vanishes without a trace after the 1851 census. He may have had something to do with sheep farming.

His siblings were William (also missing), Sarah Ann, Caroline (my line), Marshall & George (also missing).

Anything ring a bell??
