Caramel Apples
Ingredients:
Cored,sliced and peeled apple
Brown Sugar
Oil

Alright the first thing you do is put a fryingpan (preferably cast iron) on the stove and put it on high. Then pour a bit of oil on the pan and spread it around with a spatula. The throw on your apple slices.Make sure they are all flat on the pan and press them down with the spatuala so they sizzle.Next throw ina tablespoon of brown sugar in the pan.Stir it around till it starts to melt. Make sure every apple slice gets in the brown sugar. If you don't think there is enough add more. When you think all the slices are coated and the sizzling has stoopped flip the apples and cover the other size. The apples are done when they are nice and brown and the sugar is liquidy. Turn off the stove and enjoy!
