Need: Chocolate(What ever kind you like), sprinkles, sugar, and milk. Melt the chocolate till it's as smooth as you want. Take it out and pour it into a big cup, add a little milk untill it's easy to stir. Add sugar with dye and non-dye and sprinkles(whatever type you like).
