Ingredients:

Fresh watercress
Snakeroot
Pennyroyal
Pepperwort

Method:
1)Pound the watercress, pennyroyal and pepperwort toghether in a wooden bowl.
2)Make the watercress into a compress, and press it to the invalid's head.
3)Dilute the mixture you made previously with water, and make the ill beast drink it.
4)Let them chew on the snakeroot, and after half an hour the cold will be gone!
