Subject: MaryAnn...PLEASE HELP!
MaryAnn PLEASE HELP...I am trying to register on the new board and when I enter my username and password I get the following message "THE USER NAME AND PASSWORD ENTERED DID NOT GENERATE A MATCH"
Please help me to register because I can not be without this great board!
I hope you can help me resolve this...

Were you able to set up the initial stuff? Put in your name, dob, email etc? If so, then when that goes through you have to click on a link that will be sent to your email. If you try to login right when you enter your info, it wont work.

Thanks for getting back to me Deanne...I was able to do all that and I did try to log in right away. However, they are working on my email system right now and I am not able to log into my email until after 6am! So I guess I will have to wait until then (actually when I get home from work) to try it again.
I hope it works because I am suffering from Bo & Nora withdrawal, with them being lost somewhere in Texas! I hope TPTB make it up to us by giving us some great Valentine action!
If I am still having a problem with it I will let you know tomorrow!

Your e-mail looks like it's the issue. You need to respond to that in order to be registered. But don't worry - you can still view the board. You only need to be registered to post.

I've been trying to register. I put in all the information and keeps saying put in a name which I've done. Go figure, I guess it doesn't want me to post messages.

I haven't received any info that you've registered properly at the new board. Did you follow-up on the e-mail that you received back?? That might be what the problem is. If not, try to register again since the first one did not seem to go through at all.

i'm trying to register for the new board and it's telling me "The username and password entered did not generate a match." even though i have followed the registration and the follow-up email. is there a waiting period for trying to sign in after registration? thank you for all the help :)

It looks like you did things right because you show up as a user in my list. Hmmmm make sure you use caps where you might have used them in your name. Also...double-check your password. Worse case scenario, I can delete you and you can try again.
