黑豆和雪梨是潤肺補腎的,你食了一個療程未見功效,我都有點可惜,但照你的形容,依補腎方向進補,應該對頭髮有幫助的。
我經常飲薑糖飲,飲後覺得發熱,你是否一樣呢?隆冬時作日常飲品更佳,夏天就不要飲了。
人參和紅棗是補氣和補血的,過量反而有害,年紀較大的人適合一點。年輕人氣血不足,可多做運動,焗紅棗水(去核)已經可能,還要留意可會燥熱,飲多了有沒有出暗瘡的。
