)_*_(Dark haired femme enters the room. The bright purple streaks in her hair almost glow in the light, they were obviously UV reactive. Her bright, almost neon green eyes look around. Her neon pink, baggy cargo pants swish as she walks. She has on a neon blue tube top and wears a bright pink writscuff that reads 'Candy.' On her other arm she has a studded, neon yellow wristcuff, and a beaded bracelet with pink and orange UV reactive beads)_*_(
