We're in agreement!! Oh wow, it's a miracle! lol, but no man, seriously. I have to give a humungous, gigantic, and all around BIG FAT thanks to the guys that booked this. It was Thee Letting Forth, right? I think I heard that correctly, but if I'm wrong I'm sorry. If I'm right though, THANK YOOOU!!! I already said that, but it required stressing.
But to recap the entire night (which normally I would leave to the boys, since they know all the ins and outs and practically everything there is to know about the bands that play here, but I wanted to give my own thoughts and opinions on the matter)...
BMT: I think that's probably the best show of yours I've seen since the one when BJ played the snare on the corner of the stage.. Was that your first show in Yakima? In any case, you definitely had some charisma tonight.
Thee Letting Forth: heh... Thank you. Very much. That's all I have to say about that.
Death Campaign: I admit I hadn't listened to them previously (yes, that's right folks, I'm a loser!), but I quite enjoyed myself anyway. I'm really wishing I'd at least looked up the lyrics or something, cause I felt kind of left out when everyone else started singing along, lol. But oh well, I learned my lesson. And once again..."wow" sums that set up.
As I Lay Dying: Ahh.. Ashley and I made a few comments amongst ourselves during the duration of this set (which was unfortunately rather short), which I won't share here, lol, but I will tell you that we're both VERY fond of these guys, to say the least. I noticed everyone in the back having a great time too, which was freaking wonderful (and I bet you guys all agree with me, huh? lol). If I wasn't such a pansy I'd have let Christian drag me in there, but uh.. Not in a skirt. Learned my lesson previously in that area, lol. ( And yes, I wore it on purpose! :P ) In any case, you guys looked like you had a blast, and if Ashley and I hadn't been so worried about getting her home before 11 (which we didn't do anyway..really sorry Tracy. I'm such a bad influence.), I think we'd have enjoyed it even more. Although, honestly, that's one of the best damn shows I've ever been to.
Once again, a HUGE thanks to the guys that booked tonight's show, and an even huger (I think that's a word..) thanks to Chuck and Sue.. I really am sorry you didn't get the money you needed, and if I had more than 3 cents to my name (literally), I'd give it all to you.
