Hardcore has nothing to do with the horrible rock bands you see on MTV. Bands like Soul Fly, disturbed, Korn, mudvayne, ect are not hardcore. They are Nu-Metal and they suck do not confuse bands like these with good hardcore bands like First Blood, Hatebreed, A Death For Every Sin, Bury Your Dead, No Innocent Victim, Figure Four, I could go on and on listing good hardcore bands but i don't want to. Check out the pages that tyler listed. you will prolly learn something.
