Fellow racers, must of you know i'm not from garden city so if you can help us it would be great. If you know anyone on the chamber board or beef empire board please promote the following. I sent this email to the empire board as we begin to work on the schedule. A nice Beef Empire Race would be great on May 30/June 1. Help us get together!
Dear Empire Board,
We here at the Garden City Airport Raceway would like to see what we can do to be a part of the Beef Empire Days, much like the Dodge City Raceway is a big big part of Dodge City Days. We would like to run a “Beef Empire Days Race” the weekend before your Rodeo and then have no races on your Rodeo weekend. We have sponsorship deals with the Garden City Telegram and the Western Kansas Broadcast Network and would love to be a part of your total promotion.
Feel free to call me at 620-369-0062. I really think if we could work together on this it would be great for Beef Empire and for Garden City. The Airport Raceway might be smaller than the Dodge City Raceway but with a little promotion it can be as good if not better, we know the racing is!
