Subject: ref: arrears, and the usifa child support enforcement in georgia
In reply to: Linda Alessandrini 's message, "24,000.00 in arrears and mad as hell" on 10:16:32 10/25/02 Fri

i just went to court on the 14th of september 2003. the judge has a bad attiude. and the case was closed. my ex is $3000 in arrears with me. plus he had a payed attorney. he didn't have to show up. it was already negiotate with the solictor office. but i went anyway to speak my mind. my ex-husband he pays off and on. and the court order is only for $176.00 for my 2yrs old which is no -money. i am constantly
faxing and e-mailing my caseworker about putting it on his credit report or suspending his licenses. there is no assisitance. everything with the usifi child support office
is a 30 days in writing and you get back a response in 30
days. my ex has remarry and he's stable and at a good address were he can be found. but the other state which is birmingham, alabama i even tryed to called that caseworker also. she referred me back to my caseworker. because the state you file in has to act on your behalf. but both state
to me are not on there jobs. i wanna know who monitor the arrears on the deadbeat parents beside the custodian parents.
