My name is Denise McClelland, and I am a licensed attorney (AND BEAUTY QUEEN). This past year I was contacted by a 42 year old woman who was dying of cancer. In the last days of her life she was attempting to get her estate in order to provide for her family after she was gone. Unfortunately, although I drafted the documents, she did not live long enough to execute her will. She left a husband and two children.
Since that time I have endeavored to reach as many families as possible and offer them the opportunity to execute their wills in a low fee setting.
