DEAR SIR

WE NEED REAL PROVIDER FOR 1 B (4 TRANCHES) LEASE BG WITH BELOW PROCEDURE :


TRANSACTION PROCEDURES

1) Provider signs the LOI/DOA with his full banking coordinate and sends it to the Receiver along
With cis ,copy of his passport and Certificate of Incorporation (COI) via email.

2) Receiver issues a full intake package in English of the LOI/DOA duly completed in all respects and signed with Receiver’s full banking co-ordinates to include:


3) WITHIN TWO (2) BANKING DAYS AFTER SIGNING LOI BY THE RECEIVER , THE RECEIVER’S BANK HAS TO SEND TO THE PROVIDER’S BANK GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT MT 799 VIA SWIFT , AT 8+2%, UPON RECEIPT OF BG/MT 760 ,and will send a copy to Provider via email for tracing. No change in the verbiage allowed of MT799 (Appendix A)

4) WITHIN THREE (3) BANKING DAYS AFTER THE PROVIDER’S BANK HAS RECEIVED AND AUTHENTICATE THE MT799 VIA SWIFT AT 8+2%, THE PROVIDER’S BANK DELIVERS THE BG VIA SWIFT MT760, and sends a courtesy copy to Receiver via email. Buyer can attach there bank accepted verbiage (Appendix B)

5) WITHIN THREE (3) BANKING DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE INSTRUMENT BY SWIFT MT760, THE RECEIVER’S BANK WILL RELEASE THE BG OF PAYMENT’s AT 8% BY SWIFT MT103.

6) THE RECEIVER PAYS TWO PERCENT (2%) OF FACE VALUEOF BG (1% FOR PROVIDER SIDE ) AND (1% FOR RECEIVER SIDE) AS COMMISSION TO THE ALL IDENTIFIED BENEFICIARIES FOR BOTH SIDES, AS PER THE RELEVANT IRREVOCABLE FEE PROTECTION AGREEMENT.

7) Within 7 banking days after receipt of all payments, Provider’s bank delivers hard copy of the BGs by bonded courier to Receiver’s paying bank and after successful & smooth completion of first tranche.

8) All subsequent tranches will be based on the same procedure or agreed by both parties, until collateral or funds become exhausted.

NOTE: ANY UNAUTHORIZED BANK CALLS, PROBES OR COMMUNICATIONS, OR AN IMPROPER SOLICITATION OR DISCLOSURE INVOLVING ANY OF THE BANKS CONCERNED IN THIS TRANSACTION WILL RESULT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THIS TRANSACTION AND SUBJECT THE VIOLATING PARTY TO DAMAGES.
