He loved the way that she lit up, like a child, when she spoke about the wedding and other things of associated importance and excitement. It was probably the best thing he could recall doing in his miserable life, proposing to her - and it had done wonders for her as well. He smiled, pleased that the mood had changed from it's previous nauseating state and to something much happier - he could almost forget about the sleeping child in the next room.
