A lot of modern evangelical spokespersons profess a distaste for the superficial nature of modern life, but address it with a superficial taste of brimstone-flavored Christianity that mostly ignores the parts of the Book with Christ in it. An episode about the magical effects of a letter jacket - a babe-magnet branding - also makes lip service against the superficial, but everyone still falls for it in their own ways, even though the person inside it hardly matters. They all "love" him while knowing barely anything about him. Makes one wonder how they came up with the title, which looks somewhat religious, as in, "Give in to Him."
