Subject: The Dinosaur in Angel: After the Fall

Hey, can anyone here give me the low-down on the dinosaur that turns up in issue #5 of Angel: After the Fall? I've heard that Angel actually has a CONVERSATION with it!? How do they explain this? I REALLY hope they're not trying to imply that dinosaurs WERE demons; I just think that would be a bit lame.
