It's true that Willow's spell was needed to destroy Adam - but the actual C.O.D (cause of death - or sort of death, in his case) was Buffy's ripping out his power source. Would reversing Willow's spell reverse this ?

Of course, if his body survived, Amy might have found some way to reanimate it, so I guess Adam is a potential candidate. I still think Warren is more likely, though - his death was purely mystical, which is Amy's area of experise.
