I heard there is a Buzz going on about what happened that Buffy 8.1 day.

Darkhorse said (before the release day) that this Buffy 8.1 issue is more than quadruple printing number of anything they're every done in their history.

They (someone, a DH who answered my email question off their website, someone not me) also said the distribution network world-wide is more than twice (double) the size of anything is ever done by them. (Both a world/global release).

Almost every place where the distribution network distributed was sold out by "noon-ish", globally! Didn't I see a post here describing a multi-shelf tier, with a fixed number of copies on each shelf available (price greatly increasing as each shelf emptied, bottom shelf $100 dollars! Australian dollars, that is).

Where is our Morpheus? He needs to shout to the Powers That Be (meaning FOX, Kuzai's, whomever else Angel & Spike need to take care of)...
