"what is to say that there was not an Turok-Han Willow who spread the power?"

That is, the human Willow took power away from the Turok-Han & spread it to the Slayers. This q. was discussed when the episodes 1st aired. My wank was that the Scythe spell drew the power that it channeled to the new Slayers from the Turok-Han, weakening them as it strengthened the Slayers. After all, the link between the Slayer's power & that of vampires has been a theme of the show since Dracula. No, there's nothing explicitly supporting this idea in the show itself, but I'll take the implicit & run w/it.
