I have no knowledge about either possibility, but just in terms of location alone, UC-B would be a huge draw.

Two years or one year doesn't make much difference for academics, probably. Two years would increase the likelihood that there'd be a Wonder Woman session to add to the mix. One year means that much less time for the general public to "forget" BtVS/AtS/Firefly.

The first Slayage conference received lots of mainstream press coverage--maybe because it came so soon after the end of BtVS. But SC2--zippo. Thoughts?
