Either really, or both, but I meant as an intensifier primarily in the way that Faith uses it (wicked hot, sleeping without a stitch IIRC)

I've heard non-Boston kids use "wicked," but only as an adjective, as in "That car is wicked!"

In Boston (and in Maine, let's not forget that Maine is Massachusetts' lost colony), it's pretty much strictly an adverb.

Anybody remember when WBCN had the Wicked Yella van? You know, back when they had a morning DJ who actually sounded like he was from around heah?
