I waited for the transcript for the episode to confirm what I thought and it was there...the little boy Zack dropped a teddy bear by his sister...in the episode 5 when Eko and Jin see the Others walking through the forest, one of the children is carrying a teddy bear on a string...I wonder if that is Zack or his sister.
