He smiled, as she lowered down into the water, golden eyes not taken from her face. He didn't let go of her hands, except one, to gently brush back a strand of hair fallen across her face. "I was just helping speed you up a little. You see, my heart can't bear to be that far from you." He told her, a bit of joke in his voice, but a glance at his eye told a totally different story. His golden eyes held a warmth, level to hers, and only a close glance could one tell he was a bit scared, and an even closer scuntity((sp?)) would show a degree of love. He had certainly never done this before. His hand came to rest on her shoulder, and he slowly leaned forward, uncertain at first, but then he softly, and delicately touched his lips to hers in a soft kiss, his hand in hers tightening slightly, before he leaned back, golden eyes wide. Softly, he said "I had no right. I'm sorry." He looked down, a soft blush coming to his features. Golden eyes gazed back to hers, to see her reaction, while the hand resting on her shoulder pushed the hair back behind her ear again. His eyes took a quick glance into hers, frightened at what he might find...
