The girl wandered around the village a bit bored. SHe absent mindly wandered toward the pastures. When she reached the nearest one she quickly climbed the fence and sat on top. She saw that she had chosen a pasture that contained a lone mare. She looked like she was in bad condition. She watched her closely and then something caught her eye. It was a dog and some puppies. SHe whistled to them hoping they would come to her. She then scaled the fence into the paddock. She sat against the fence wishing for some animal contact.
